Tracy was hands down the best realtor! She was so helpful and informative for my husband and me as first time home-buyers. She was knowledgeable on every aspect from searching for options to meet our needs and putting in an offer to all of the details that the closing process entails. We always felt like our questions would be heard and answered promptly! Not to mention every time we were in the ERA Realty office, the entire was courteous and helpful! It's very obvious to us that Tracy and the staff at ERA are the example of what a real estate company should be. Overall, we are beyond satisfied with our first home purchasing experience!!
